The 1908 historic building that was originally the international harvester manufacturing co. has been transformed into a 21st century luxury event space. Company 251 is an event venue open to private events, concerts, productions, exhibition and corporate + private parties. The cultivated interior is carefully constructed with industrial elegance and original architectural elements. Boasting exposed brick walls, wood columns, marble bars, large windows + an industrial overhead door bringing lots of natural light to this 50,000 sq. ft. raw space. Company 251 + MF & co. personally craft a luxury experience that celebrates life + the joy of entertaining.
Our History
The 50,000 square foot warehouse we now call, company 251 was founded by Cyrus McCormick, who invented the first commercially successful mechanical reaper + in 1851 co-founded the McCormick Reaper Works, which would merge with the Deering Harvester Company in 1906 to become the International Harvester Corporation.
Who We Are
Matt + Ashley Marquez purchased Moveable Feast on December 1, 2013 + changed the name to Moveable Feast & Co. They renamed it because from the beginning they had a much larger vision for Moveable Feast. That vision became a reality when they came across this building in the heart of Aurora's middle avenue historic district. They inked the deal + COMPANY 251 was born.
